The Flash Reverse Flash Tom Kavanagh crop

The Flash returns Tuesday, March 17th, after taking a month off, and it returns with a whirlwind! Literally. There’s a “Weather Wizard,” Reverse Flash is unmasked, Captain Cold’s baby sister arrives, two tricksters… the fastest man alive needs things to slow down a bit!

Watch all the videos and check out the first image of Tom Kavanagh as Reverse Flash here below!

First, Mark Mardon (Liam McIntyre), brother to the deceased metahuman, Clyde Mardon (Chad Rook), whom The Flash faced in the pilot, arrives, bent on revenge. Fun fact – he can also manipulate the weather with tons more refined skills than his brother. In the video, Executive Producer Andrew Kreisburg promises “amazing special effects, some giant sequences.” And…there will be a twist!

The second promo video reveals Cisco (Carlos Valdes), Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker), and Barry (Grant Gustin), all realizing who Dr. Wells really is and how duplicitous he has been.

The third extended promo “flashes” the next three episodes, which we first brought you with the Trickster news. There’s the “Weather Wizard” on March 17th. Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) comes back on March 24th. This time he’s brought his little sister, Lisa Snart, aka The Golden Glider (Peyton ListMad Men), who in the comics, was such a fierce enemy of The Flash; she stopped two attempts by her brother to kill him, because he wouldn’t suffer enough. And on March 31st, Mark Hamill!

And remember! Brandon Routh crosses over as Ray Palmer/The Atom on The Flash 1.18 “All Star Team-Up.”

With only nine episodes left to this crazy successful first season, and so much excitement stuffed into the few episodes we do know about, I can only imagine the meta-spectacle of the last few episodes and the season finale!

ABOUT THE FLASH

After a particle accelerator causes a freak storm, CSI Investigator Barry Allen is struck by lightning and falls into a coma. Months later he awakens with the power of super speed, granting him the ability to move through Central City like an unseen guardian angel. Though initially excited by his newfound powers, Barry is shocked to discover he is not the only “meta-human” who was created in the wake of the accelerator explosion – and not everyone is using their new powers for good. Barry partners with S.T.A.R. Labs and dedicates his life to protect the innocent. For now, only a few close friends and associates know that Barry is literally the fastest man alive, but it won’t be long before the world learns what Barry Allen has become…The Flash.
