Spider-Man: Homecoming stars Tom Holland and Zendaya were on Lip Sync Battle last night, and they killed it! Me, Chrissy Teigen, LL Cool J, the studio audience, and America received a theatrically musical treat as these two threw everything they had into their battle. I love this show, but this is easily one of the best battles so far.
Check out the video below.
Zendaya channels Bruno Mars with her performance of “24K Magic” and that girl has it down. If Bruno Mars needs a stunt double or doppelgänger stat, he found it in Zendaya. She had his dance moves and his expressions.
But Holland… I got chills. This kid can DANCE! First, he became Gene Kelly with an umbrella and a bit of tap dancing. Then he rocked a little black and white sexy number, reminiscent of RiRi, and committed to the dance! This kid is definitely a trained dancer. You just have to watch this rendition of “Singing in the Rain” & “Umbrella”.
I added a little clip of Zendaya doing Erykah Badu’s “Tyrone” because it looks to be really good as well, and will add the full video when it is released.
And… you’re welcome.
Spider-Man Homecoming is in theaters, tomorrow, July 7th.
Lip Sync Battle airs Wednesdays at 10:00pm ET on Spike.
Tom Holland’s “Singing in the Rain” & “Umbrella” vs. Zendaya’s “24k Magic” | Lip Sync Battle
Zendaya & Tom Holland, stars of “Spider-Man: Homecoming”, swing into action on stage. Zendaya struts in with her crew like a true player to Bruno Mars’ “24k Magic”, while Tom Holland does a lightning flash transformation from Gene Kelly to Rihanna with an unforgettable dual performance of “Singing in the Rain” and “Umbrella.”
