Thor films have always been colorful. Unlike some of his earthly counterparts, Asgard has been heavy on the fantasy aspect by draping the world in imaginative and fantastical designs.

But with the film just another two months away from release, Marvel is stepping up the marketing game by releasing a set of new Thor: Ragnarok character posters. However, these character posters have a bit more of an artistic pop to them than the generic backgrounds we are used to seeing. Check them all out below.

The release of these new posters is to announce that advanced tickets for Thor: Ragnarok are on sale today. It’s all a part of Thorsday – yes, Thursday is actually named after the Norse god of thunder. As for the character posters, each one gets their own individual colors, some of which are actually associated with the character. Hulk gets green, Loki gets that wicked yellow, Thor gets red, and you get the gist.

There are posters for Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Loki (Tom Hiddleston), Vaylkire (Tessa Thompson), Hela (Cate Blanchett), Heimdall (Idris Elba), Odin (Sir Anthony Hopkins), Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum), and Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). Still no posters for Skurg (Karl Urban) or Korg (Taika Waititi) – well, he directed the movie, so he gets to have his name on all of the posters.

All jokes aside, it looks like the marketing is embracing the film’s wild and colorful side. And by the looks of things, Thor: Ragnarok looks like it will be a lot of fun. We’ve certainly seen that in the previous trailers.

Here’s the official plot synopsis:

In Marvel Studios’ “Thor: Ragnarok,” Thor is imprisoned on the other side of the universe without his mighty hammer and finds himself in a race against time to get back to Asgard to stop Ragnarok””the destruction of his homeworld and the end of Asgardian civilization””at the hands of an all-powerful new threat, the ruthless Hela. But first he must survive a deadly gladiatorial contest that pits him against his former ally and fellow Avenger””the Incredible Hulk!

“Thor: Ragnarok” is directed by Taika Waititi and returns Chris Hemsworth starring as Thor and Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as Loki. They are joined by Cate Blanchett, Idris Elba, Jeff Goldblum, Tessa Thompson and Karl Urban, with Mark Ruffalo and Anthony Hopkins.

Kevin Feige is producing with Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Brad Winderbaum, Thomas M. Hammel and Stan Lee serving as executive producers. The story is by Craig Kyle & Christopher Yost and Eric Pearson, and the screenplay is by Eric Pearson.

Thor: Ragnarok opens in theaters on November 3, 2017.
