It was revealed in February that the planned Breaking Bad movie starring Aaron Paul returning as Jesse Pinkman would be coming to Netflix, and now we know when!
Netflix released a date announcement trailer today for El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie. The footage centers on Skinny Pete, played by Charles Baker, who’s reprising his Breaking Bad role as Jesse Pinkman’s friend and fellow drug user and pusher. In the video, we see Pete’s been brought in for questioning in regards to Jesse’s whereabouts, but it doesn’t look like he has any intentions of giving his old friend up. Watch the video here below.
Per the announcement, El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie is coming out on October 11, 2019, only on Netflix and the new poster touts it as a Netflix Original.
The movie is written, directed, and executive produced by Vince Gilligan, the mastermind by Breaking Bad television series, which ran on AMC for 5 seasons (2008 to 2013).
